Information about the orchestra and performance
I’m 13 years old and I’ve played the cello for quite some time. I’m in an orchestra, i’m in lessons but I rent a crappy cello. I know they’re expensive but I’m almost big enough for a full size cello would it be worth the expence

Defiantly. You’ll love playing it when you’re out of orchestra. It’s a gift for life.

Definetly, go with your heart and buy the instrument.

Yes, it would most definitely be worth it! If you are interested in continuing to play the cello and when you are big enough to upgrade to a full size it would be worth it! A better cello means better sound, etc. and they do not go down in value if you take proper care of them. I am 15 and when I was big enough to move to a full size, I bought a cello that was not really expensive (which is what you could start out with) and now have upgraded to a more expensive cello.
